Important information relating to COVID-19:

Owing to the nature of our treatment, hygiene and safety has always been the number one priority. We have always been practising safely with high standards to prevent the risk of spreading many transmissible diseases including but not limited to Hepatitis B and HIV. Keeping our workspace clean and sanitised following a rigorous routine is one of our many methods to create a safer environment for our clients.

In the light of the current pandemic, we have made additional changes to our clinics as well as our operation.

Clients attending the appointment must not have tested positive or been in contact with or living in the same household with anyone who has tested positive for the virus in the past 14 days. Additionally those are arriving from countries outside of the 'travel list' must self quarantine for 10 days upon their return accordingly to government guidance; their appointment has to be rebooked for after this period,

If you are self isolating please let us know as soon as you can, We will require to see the NHS text/email with information on your isolation time frame to offer suitable alternative dates thereafter.

We politely ask you to check your own temperature on the morning of your appointment and inform us immediately if you have a high reading which could indicate a possible fever, your appoinment will be rescheduled for the safety of all.

We are pleased to offer you the services of our self-employed contractors for your aesthetic treatment needs. As a self-employed contractor, they are an independent business person and work for themselves. They are responsible for their own clients from the beginning of the consultation process, treatment procedure through to post treatment care. They also manage their own payments.

We have thoroughly vetted our contractors to ensure that they are qualified and capable of providing excellent services for our clients. However, it is important to note that as an independent contractor, they are not an employee of our company and do not represent our business.

We encourage you to communicate openly with our contractors about your treatment needs, expectations, and any concern you may have. While they are not under our direct supervision, they are expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as any UK and Local Authority Regulations related to their work, including holding their own public liability insurance.
