GLO clinic is the culmination of over 25 years treating clients and training aspiring beauty therapists and micropigmentation artists. It has always been my dream to eventually open the doors to my own business where I can help to boost and renew all who enter. I pride myself on having high standards and delivering treatments that I would want to receive, we don't believe in rushing or making our clients feel encouraged into having treatments or purchasing products that aren't suitable for them. Every service is bespoke and every client is unique, we hope that by visiting GLO, you can take a breath, relax and forget about the outside world if only for a short while.

If you are new to GLO or are one of my existing clients I would like to say firstly a big hello, and thankyou for taking the time to visit our site. We are so excited to be launching GLO Cosmetic Aesthetics in the heart of St Neots and look forward to meeting you in our beautiful new clinic.
GLO is the culmination of a career that has spanned over 25 years in the beauty, aesthetic and micropigmentation industry. I have worked for some of the biggest beauty brands. I have taught in further education and private training establishments, written course materials for VTCT, City and Guilds and private companies. My career has allowed me to be at the top of my game and I always have my eye on the latest technological developments, lots of which I hope to bring to GLO.
Although having industry experience and accredited qualifications are extremely important, my inspiration and passion stems from my beautiful mum who sadly passed away after years of illness. Seeing her go through invasive treatment, losing her hair, damaging her skin and leaving her lacking in confidence has really driven me to help anyone who may be experiencing the same.
We are aiming to hold monthly clinics especially for clients who have suffered with hair loss or poor skin health due to treatment or illness, using products specifically designed for this sole purpose.
On the flip side, I know how my skin has changed through my 20's, 30's and now being in my 40's, understand what is required to give the skin a luminous glow, improve muscle tone, tighten and refine. I believe we could all do with a little time out of every day life and how amazing it would be to be happy in your own skin. About Emma
After graduating from Anglia Ruskin University with a Certificate in Education, I have enjoyed a successful career as a Beauty Therapy & Semi Permanent makeup lecturer and artist. My focus is on the delivery of Advanced Skincare, Semi-permanent makeup and Facial Aesthetics within clinical and professional environments. My experience as a vocational lecturer, personal tutor, IQA and assessor has given me the opportunity to work as a consultant for City & Guilds, advising on the development of course materials for various Beauty Therapy qualifications. Working with a team of industry experts I was able to impart my knowledge of technological developments within the beauty and nail industry and within the educational sector, bringing both together to create and update current qualification standards. My involvement with City & Guilds has also led to my involvement in the production of the new smart screen online teaching and learning resources. I was contracted independently as a Beauty Therapy Expert Advisor for Pivot Point International, helping to co-author NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy resources namely Makeup for VTCT. Working collaboratively with co-authors to design and develop teaching and learning materials for the UK vocational market.
Remotely working across different counties including Cambridgeshire, Huntingdonshire and Hertfordshire I have built a considerable database of loyal and frequent clients. My treatments speak for themselves with clients travelling from all over the UK and Ireland to visit me.
My clients have an eclectic ensemble of treatment needs. One uniting factor is the want to gain confidence and self esteem through the reconstruction of brow, eye, and lip colour, contour and definition. My clients may be visiting following a treatment for serious illness that has resulted in hair loss and poor skin condition, they may have an auto immune disorder such as Alopecia which affects the growth of hair and can cause skin pigmentation loss. Some clients visit due to skin and body changes caused by the natural aging process, many just want to cut down their morning routine and leave the house with perfectly defined facial features and radiant, glowing skin.
